We collect emails to communicate with the user, on products that maybe purchased online and through our vendors. When the user signs up to the “Mad Comedian” community, the user agrees to allow Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit, Coaches! 101 PAC; and doing business as Coaches! 101 Productions – to send out notifications, user agreement changes, merchandising endeavors, and any financial updates on the parent company.
b. Home Address
“Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit’s website: www.coaches101.org will collect the users home address, and that information is for the sole discretion of the parent company. The parent company will send users information about show and events, and when you become a member of Coaches! 101’s website; you agree to allowing the parent company to send you promotional information.

Any communication for the purposes of soliciting funds are prohibited. Users of Coaches! 101’s website will be subjected to Coaches! 101 PAC and Coaches! 101 A NJ Non-Profit’s methods of crowd funding. Any user information maybe shared with the parent company, and the parent company must state where and how they received the user’s information.

When you the user uses, Coaches! 101’s website you will agree to allow the application to record your social media website to log onto the account. Your user account will be monitored by the webhost of wix.com

Coaches! 101’s Online store, is for the purpose of the user to purchase goods, and services through the online store.
a. PayPal is the official merchant vender for the company. As a third-party vender, PayPal has a separate policy for the use of their services.
b. Auction Sweepstakes: in the event that the hosting foundation of My Plan Challenge Foundation, which is a department under Coaches! 101 PAC – all information provided will be used for the sole purposes of the auction sweepstakes.
