Recently, our corporate legal representative, launched several new projects, including an Angel Investors' Program, a SEP IRA Program, and a Direct Public Offering (also known as a Direct Listing): Direct Private Placement. • As a Private foundation of Foundations, and a financial service organization, building platforms within platforms on social media in the genre of informational technology. By providing literature on finances in the terminology of financial literacy. This is a family participating organization of foundations with programs like: The My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund – which is a Profit-Sharing initiative for volunteers and employees. An Angel Investors Apprenticeship Program, which allows accredited Angel Investors, to participate in building crypto-currency, around two public trademarked brands: Mad Comedian’s Blockchain and Omar Dyer’s Blockchain.

  • The My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund, is a program this is currently being monitored by members of the Board of Trustees in Peggy Dyer. It is a SEP IRA program (Simplified Employment Pension Plan) where contributions are met at the limit of $59,000 per year, with volunteers or employees making over $850 are providing their own contribution that is not matched by Coaches 101 A NJ Nonprofit.

  •  Make Mad Comedian Famous Fund: is a program built with Cash APP that allows the managers to building and improve the technology around Cash APP using AI (Artificial Intelligence) that encourages the growth of a non-dividend, no vote sharing process into pegged currency under FIAT rules and regulations.

• Most of the activities are performed on platforms of invited organizations, such as Cash APP, Meta, and other social media platforms that have content / developer created programs. Other vast majority of the program is conducted on a remote basis, in various locations throughout the New York Metropolitan Area of New York City, and New Jersey. And as a seasonal operation in the Spring and Fall, much of the program’s activities will be conducted in public spaces, and municipal, state, or federal tax exempted organizations: such as Libraries, parks and gymnasiums.​

• Coaches 101 A NJ Nonprofit conducts 70% of 90 work hours a week to organizing, developing, and monitoring the goals of financial literacy, and the building of blockchain technology around crypto-currency--within the arts & entertainment spectrums on extracurricular activities. 

• The funding that is giving comes from monies allocated from government organizations within the state of jurisdiction of New Jersey. Such as grants, and possible loans come from nonprofit financial service organizations or state ran organization that reside in New Jersey. Other sources of revenue comes from disqualified persons, under the program Angel Investors’ Program. Aspiring members in the Angel Investors’ Program must meet requirements set forth by FINRA, and meet the standards also set by the state of New Jersey.

• ​The Angel Investors Program is a membership program that targets the members specific needs in terms of how much that member wants to contribute to the advancement on technology that develops the two blockchains that are being built. They are contract based, that follows all contribution laws of 30% for in-kind contributions, and 35% for in-kind income. This allows the organization to provided free based knowledge in an open setting from ages 17-65 on the participating social media platforms.
