A lot of leaders have cried about what they have done, and what an unelected leader hasn’t done in Hudson County. Since Barack Obama has self appointed Omar Dyer as the Community Organizer of Hudson County, and New Jersey through his Grassroots Finance Committee—with affiliated status on Coaches! 101 (PAC) has full rights to keep this program going.

Omar Dyer has brought these sports figures to New Jersey, and Hudson County: Tiger Woods, Ladainian Tomlinson: “LT”; we helped Hoboken High School, in getting a $25,000 grant from Micro-Soft: where Bill Gates / Eli Manning and Samsung -- hand picked: Hoboken High because of the celebrity blogger.

Omar Dyer has brought, big time celebrities to Hoboken’s small film festival with Billy Dee Williams, and got Kanye West to donate funds to one of the events happening in Hoboken.  Hoboken’s St Patrick’s Day Parade was bigger than New York’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade—which included: Nationally Known: The Starbucks Tour. Where Omar Dyer’s pen-name and Blog was broadcast around the globe on starbucks.com! As in the movie business, Omar Dyer’s book: America’s War and The Next Generation of Leaders has become one of the most highly rated books, by panelist in this decade: Bar None. America’s War hit the television screen on The History Channel—with: “America Our Story.”  The pen name has been nominated for almost every award known to entertainment: TheFanNJ is a two time Nobel Prize in Literature nominee, A Pulitzer Prize nominee (Pre-nominations) in Oscar Awards nominee, Tony Awards nominee, Golden Globes award nominee, and TheFanNJ wrote a scene at the 2008 Grammy’s. *Which was one of the best Grammy nights in modern history—also where Kayne West, had his {Stronger} debuted.

TheFanNJ, helped coordinate, write and produce Soledad O’Brien’s first “Black in America,” where it produced a record breaking 13 million views in an hour time span for a feature documentary.

Politics

In the world of Politics, Omar Dyer was the first person in Hudson County, to meet and endorse members of Senator Barack Obama’s staff for the presidential run; he helped coordinate the foundation of Organizing for America, and built the Grassroots Finance Committee (Where we still hold our chapters in New Jersey open). Omar Dyer was one of the selected few that worked on T.A.R.P. (Troubled Assets Relief Program) after the George W. Bush’s rescue package failed. We worked on the revival of New Jersey UEZ program—under Jon S. Corzine; before being disrespect by the Governor. Then Omar Dyer has rallied to unseat elected officials, who have abused to system.

Omar Dyer was one of the major coordinators to bring awareness for the Jena Six, and other teen issues in New Jersey. He's currently fighting the Mayor of Jersey City: Jeremiah Healy, to honor and fund his program: The Next Generation of Leaders. And is working on a huge rally with National Community Action Alliance, and National Action Network: (Al Sharpton) on the organization of JuneTeenth. Omar Dyer has taken the leadership role and took the unearned respect of the leader in Hudson County. He's record on organizing people proves his title.

Hudson County Politics

Chris Christie may take all of the credit for the Corruption Probe in Hudson County, and he may say it was all about him. Yet, Omar Dyer went into deep reporting and finding out who were the key leaders spreading Solomon Dwek around like candy in New Jersey and using political corruption to keep the power they hold.

Teamed up with Jersey City Councilman Steven Fulop, on bring unity and transparency in Jersey City, and single handily disrupted and dismantled the Hudson County Democratic Organization, and its 4 years of corruption. 

Mission to Change:

Omar Dyer wants to be the Chairman of the Hudson County Democratic Organization, because the time is needed, and the moment is now. It’s evidently clear that in this enormous time, an elected official can’t maintain the fiscal and organization responsibilities of the Hudson County Democratic Organization—while still holding their elected duties.

Omar Dyer has demonstrated that he can turn out the vote, and represent this county well. The voters are in need of change, and they don’t want the rubber stamp of the selected officials sponsored by the HCDO, or any other organization. They want an organization that will find and recruit candidates to participate in politics. Where the candidate will come before the people, while in the direction of the HCDO, to tell why they are in need of the Hudson County Democratic Organization’s support.

Omar Dyer’s message:

Hey, everyone after seeing the dismal results in the Congressional Primary Election, where a total count of 18,000 people voted—as the number of registered voters are; 240,000 citizens in the county: is a sad and dismal showing by the leadership in the county. This is not practical, and not acceptable if we want people to engage in politics, and believe the leaders they elect can eventually lead. The lack of candidates in every formal election on the state and federal level is a sad moment in this county’s politics. People are tired of one candidate ballots, and they are tired of nominating petitions being scored by voter privileges, and then turn around have those same voters vote as privileged voters.  

I am asking the Mayors and Council Members of the cities netted in Hudson County, to place partisan politics, and self righteous standings aside on this practical issue—while coming together and nominate; plus vote in someone outside of elected scenery to lead the Hudson County Democratic Organization. I am asking them to appoint Omar Dyer—(which is me) to be the Chairman of the Hudson County Democratic Organization. Why, from day one when Senator Barack Obama, has given me the keys to his New Jersey based: GFC (Grassroots Finance Committee) program, we have raised and changed the political scopes in New Jersey.

From the organizational skill set by my background in Organizing, and using Coaches! 101 my own program and organization to perform rallies, and awareness in the political spectrum—while creating ties with BluewaveNJ, Citizen’s Action New Jersey, National Community Action Alliance, National Action Network, and many other prolific organization—such as ESPN, and the NBA—with the Boys and Girls Club, and Big Brothers and Sisters Association—it’s imperative that the keys to the Hudson County Democratic Organization be given to a proven organizer. Someone not in the lime life of being an elected leader, at least not right now—because of the enormous responsibility in organizing different elements for a political party to survive—we need an outside force: where someone the people can trust to work on behalf of them. And not have the ties of an elected office to benefit their key constituents, and represent the people.
