People Against Omar Dyer

Omar Dyer has nothing to hide. And sometimes those that oppose him will go to great lengths to destory him. Watch what you say about Omar Dyer. Have some respect for the people trying to help YOU!

  • "This Omar Dyer Character is annoying, and most people from his class are. How am I suppose to read all of this stuff, he sent us. Also can you look up for me on what's assets."

Council Woman Nidia LopezClick on the picture to email her and ask her about her comments. One this women doesn't know Omar Dyer--thinks he's crazy, annoying and uneducated. Two, I sat in that office and over heard every word she spoke to her aid, and she knew I was sitting in the next room. Then this council wants to talk about me disrepecting them. Also, I got a phone call from anthor Council Representative: Council Woman: Richardson: And she asked me about my living standards, and since I can't give her that information: she hung up the phone. With people in government who doesn't know how to run government--or even pay their own taxes in the state have no right to critize, or make statements about someone WHO DOES. Omar Dyer has paid New Jersey his share of Taxes--when will Nidia, and she's getting a state pay check to pay taxes in Florida. Omar Dyer has no respect for some of those on this council, after I gave them the most out right respect--by doing everything in the book to show them How Coaches! 101 does business.

Statements made by Nidia, at last nights council meeting 01/13/2010: off the record--while I was sitting in the waiting room. She's lucky I didn't have my mic hooked up--because I would have recorded Her.

  • *FU* means sticking it to the industry!

Local government officials can't speak to dyer in person: so they send their attack dogs to do their work. After questions sent to my email box, and political debating sites: Omar Dyer made his statement and will place it on the website.

Omar Dyer's comments about Assets relief on sub-prime and other loans from Citi-Group, and JP Morgan Chase:

You know, what I am doing Jersey City residents a favor by complaining, and fighting being the face of this sub-prime mess. I am doing them a favor by not allowing those sub-prime loans (from Cit-Group, Bank of America, and affiliates of JP Morgan Chase) to go into default. I am doing the banks a favor by taking the burden of these loans on my Company’s behalf.

What will happen if I was to just say (FU) to Jersey City and the banks—thus allowing my accounts to go into default and then into Bankruptcy? I will tell you what will happen! It would allow the judge to under write the loans, after I plead my case and trust me I will win. Then they would have to go into Cit-Group and all of the packaged loans—find out where the dividends where packaged, and close off accounts (All Accounts) Bad Standing or Good Standing. That would cost trillions of dollars, since nobody can find how badly packaged these loans and mortgages are bunged together.

While in Bankruptcy Courts: The tax payer would still have to foot the bill, if I all of a sudden said: Omar Dyer and Coaches! 101 said (FU) to Jersey City and the banks! And I would be in the clear to do business (after 6 months), while Jersey City, will have to foot the bill in the process of closing off my packaged loans—with other loans that where packaged with it.

My proposal is to have Jersey City buy those assets (Good Standing assets), and allow me to entertain business! This city would make a profit without having to go through bankruptcy courts just to lose profits if I was to say: (FU) to the banks and Jersey City. Whereas, Omar Dyer, and Coaches1 101 would take on the burden of keeping those loans together while we work on expanding the business—while this process the tax payer will LOSE NOTHING. The tax payer would gain a surplus in the process once the assets are cleared: YOU KNOW like the T.A.R.P. bill everyone is complaining about.

Yes, it works, and Omar Dyer Created it even if nobody wants to give me credit for it or not. The banks benefited from that bill and now I am trying to get it in place in Jersey City.

If Omar Dyer and Coaches! 101 were lying about anything: these public entities wouldn’t be in Jersey City—fact finding. The SEC (Security Exchange Commission), The FEDs (Federal Bureau of Investigation), Congress, U.S. Attorneys, and State Attorney offices wouldn’t be hampering Mayor Healy or giving more pressure on him.

  • You have been given a petition to remove me from the Office of Mayor. I respectfully request for the reasons listed below you don't sign this petition, but rather let me finish the job to which I was elected by a strong majority.

    * In light of difficult economic times and cuts in state aid, my administration has instituted furloughs, a hiring freeze and the layoff of hundreds of city workers to offset property tax increases.

    * Utilized grants to put more cops on the street, and instituted crime fighting tools such as CompStat to bring crime to 30-year low.

    * Continue to attract development during international economic crisis and forced developers to use

    workers.

    * Ordered corporate polluters to clean up toxic sites which are being converted to green spaces, and commercial and residential development that will increase revenue to the city.

    * Paved 70 miles of pothole-ridden streets - the largest street resurfacing project in city history

    * Initiated the process of improving one park per ward per year for the next ten years, and for the addition of hundreds of acres of new parks across the city.

  • Omar Dyer's Response

I tend to disagree with you on this matter, it's not like you have 5 people trying to recall the Mayor. You have 22 citizens that are working in a collective group to recall this Mayor: You have registered republicans, and registered democrats, plus independents coming together to recall this mayor. This isn't an issue of a few people. If you have 22 people, and each of them goes out and get 1364 signatures which will take three weeks to do that is very possible. And these 22 citizens have 180 days to pull this off--so I think this can be done, and it will be done, since people can no-longer stand and wait for this Mayor to do something.

And if you are talking about an interim government once the Mayor is Recall: One this mayor hasn't finished filling in the vacant offices--besides his deputy mayors, and half of the administration that is in place is currently fighting corruption charges--with legal fees. That's why this is a dysfunctional branch of local government, plus the group that is holding this recall, is very up to beat on what the council is doing, 12 of them get briefings, and now the central forms of Government--so a replacement team is well ready, and up to date. I respect the fact that you think this recall will not take place, but don't ever underestimate the power and will of the people. You very rarely get Democrats, Independents and Republicans working together for one cause in a united front. So you can't say this is a political issue--it's a moral issue on governing and corruption; where people in all lifers on politics are just plan tired.

  • John Lynch Responds

How about the corruption under Mayor Healy’s administration,” Lynch responded on behalf of the committee. “What about the constant spending, no budget, nepotism, cronyism, arrogance. Team Healy provides no solutions.”
The committee contends that the Police Department is down 150 officers because of retirements and there is a freeze on hiring. But Healy said in his 2009 state of the city that the city had 895 officers, up from 788 when he took office. The force is now at about 840.
Lynch said there seems to be a shooting every week.
While massive chromium contaminated sites, including the old Roosevelt Drive in on Route 440 and a site on Garfield Avenue are being cleaned, Lynch said it has taken a long time to get to that point. He said the lowest paid employees are the ones being laid off, not those with high salaries. He said many developers came in through long-term tax abatements that place a burden on other taxpaying residents.
