We support the need for Finanical Reform, because its noted that Coaches! 101 is now too big to fail, because leaders in government--didn't want to deal with the problem before it became, to big to fail. Our Financial Industry may fall again, and this time it has nothing to do with Wall Street, but Washington complaining, while doing nothing about Wall Street, and not protecting Main Street from becoming bigger than Washington and Wall Street.

What is a Financial Holding Company?

Private (shareholder-owned) or public (government-owned) organizations that, broadly speaking, act as a channel between savers and borrowers of funds (suppliers, and consumers of capital). Two main types of financial institutions (with increasingly blurred dividing line) are: (1) Depository Banks and Credit Unions which pay interest on deposits from the interest earned on loans, and (2) Non-depository insurance companies and mutual funds (unit trusts) which collect funds by selling their policies or share (units) to the public and provide returns in the form periodic benefits and profit payouts.

What Coaches! 101 does with Linkshare is attain share notes to be a consumer merchant, and then sell the products to a consumer base: while marketing the goods via-(internet) or other consumer purchasing stores, or retail outlets.

This is a New Market and trading idea, and Coaches! 101 are working vigilantly on respecting the by-laws of the federal code. Change is not about preventing evolution but coaching it and helping it grow. Coaches! 101 is now scam, we are a new market, trying to become a respectable entity in the financial world of institutions.

Under the disclosed terms of a financial holding company and our contract agreement with Rokuten Company (Linkshare) located in New York, New York makes Coaches! 101 with federally protected EIN (20-8668400) and sealed with Omar Dyer's public state notary license: Coaches! 101 is a Financial Company. That's outside the Political Action Committee designed for The Next Generation of Leaders Program.

We hope the above information is helpful to you.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service to the public, we would appreciate it if you would complete a short questionnaire on the level of service you received from this office.  The questionnaire form can be accessed at http://www2.fdic.gov/starsmail/customer.html.
