The Containment Cap--which became a new project Late July, and on July 20th--Coaches! 101 got word of the funding for the SBIR Program; where they will go-ahead and use the idea. "Whereas the cap should be in a trapezoid shape and at least 15 feet in height, and 15 feet in width. Because the cap would have to collect the oil and be strong enough!" This is the lates on the development of the cap--as Coaches! 101 is now sharing ideas on how to program the cap.  

They are coming to a point where the cap is getting full, and even though the pressure reading are above the standards—they need to know that air is also in that cap with the flow rising—and if you’re seeing seepage, it means that the cap is coming to a full.

What to do next is to release some of the pressure, where they plan to open the valves and allow some of the oil to spill—in a controlled manner to stop the cap from overkill. Meaning it will be to full to remove that cap.

The containment cap wasn’t the full source of relief to stop the oil kill—it’s the relief wells that will allow that well to be finally killed. The containment cap is doing what it’s supposed to do, which is stop the oil from leaking wildly into the gulf.  The next best thing is to bring in those tankers, release them to the ships above, and allow the cap to continue to cap the well--untill you have the relief well going. When you start to see more seepage coming from the sea floor, that means the pressure from the cap is smacking back down on the pressure from the oil. Two things can happen, if the cap is strong enough which it is, the oil pressure of force will slow down. If the cap is weak or too full the pressure will rise. You don't want an overkill of pressure because it will only make the matters more harder to handle. My best saying is to allow a controled spill into the gulf until the relief well is done--where no more pressure will harm any progress.

Next Generation of Leader Training Program:

Our program is to sell and raise funds for the Next Generation of Leaders. Where we will be politically active in the community we represent. Leaders that walk into politics with the focus on helping create jobs for leaders of the future.

• Creating events and fundraisers is now consider like running a business, and to be more politically active in the community – is what community organizing is.

• Selling Next Generation T-shirts, and books, about the Next Generation of Leaders, or helping with the publishing demands of the program.

• Teaching the teens and youth in trouble neighborhoods the fall-out with not being or having a positive role model in their lives.

• Teaming up with Big-Brothers, and Sisters Organization to be a positive role model.

• Help promote and work with the growth of ESPN’s High School Impact Player award.

The program is for at-risk teens, and kids like Doug Sinning are the main focus, where learning how to run a business, and be more active in the community can benefit today’s economy. This program is an extension of Omar Dyer for public office candidacy, and with Barack Obama’s pledge on greatening the community with his: American Reinvestment Recovery Act—subtitle, Community Based Act. We can give college students in the leadership field or political field a chance at learning and getting more in touch with the communities they are willing to lead. Buy creating personal fundraisers, and house events (paid) that will go back to the candidacy of: The Next Generation of Leaders. This program is mobile and virtual programs that consist of the people willing to place that given trust in the candidate. This is a proposal of what will be granted of you if you join. The mission will be to raise funds for kids like DuGleth Sinning—and lobby local and state legislators on the current problems and concerns of the youth of today; as they grow into leaders of tomorrow.
