Coaches! 101 has been in a very hard year long battle with the Internal Revenue Service, and the State of New Jersey in regards to SBIR / STIR funds. We have a contract and the State of New Jersey fused to pay. Coaches! 101 after being sent to an independent auditor where our company assets were dismantled to 70% less than the actual value -- the IRS failed to pay off the contract, and rejected the plan.

Omar Dyer then opened up a case with H&R Block on 6/6/2011 went to court on 6/29/2011 -- and won a verdict in HUD SC-001250-11 VJ Number 010900-11 in the amount of $1587. You can now place H@R Block Tax & Business Services Hudson Mall #30 701^st rt 440 S Jersey City NJ 07304 on the list of bad debt and faulty practices when it comes to preparing business taxes. 

Coaches! 101 has filed their correct forms and statements: The Next Generation of Leaders Committee is registered as a Campaign Committee, and Coaches! 101 is a federal (PAC) of Omar Dyer -- whom has filed everything correctly.
