Dyer's Plans for New Jersey!

People's Champ!

We are in a monumental moment when change has come to America. The notion that the people can't effective change has seen new hope. A light that can't be dimmed by the politics of yesterday. We the people need a leader, who's not afraid to tackle the tough issues. A Leader that can and will bring the voice of the people. We are here at this transferred shift on cultural values; where the people can have their voices heard. Heard in a way were the problems of today, become solved today, and not for the children of the future. That's the type of generational change we need in this state. We need a governor who owns a teaching certificate, and knows the value of education. We need a governor that has a degree in education/ Nursing that can understand that during economic problems, people can't afford to pay $500 on a class, and $75 on the finger prints to the department of defense, and New Jersey still has economic problems. The
People's Champ plans to can all that. With Education Bonds, that you can pay back to the state if you can't afford to pay for the transition on the prices of getting certification to work.

The People's Champ:

will work hard on creating green jobs. For the last 10 years, our streets, and lawns next to the high ways have looked dead. I will create good jobs where people will go out and clean up New Jersey's Lawn. I want to make the Garden State, a Garden that happens to be a state. Change is coming to America, and New Jersey can be the state to lead Change, like in the 90's. I plan to bring New Jersey back to the roots of one of the top 5 states in America.

The People's Champ:

Will make sure private officers are not getting cheated by the system, and we need a governor who can carry a S.O.R.A. Certification into office and think about you the people. A person who happen to be an active member of Teamsters Union, and a value ad runner for Wal-Mart. Why, we need union to watch over employers, but we need Business to employ work. I will make sure the unions don't rip off the companies, and make sure companies don't rip off employees. Under the current administration, they have done nothing in helping the people, in fact they laughed at the one currently running for office (Me). They didn't care about me when my problem only effected me, and they were warned -- they only cared when their money started to become a problem for them. That's when we need a change in America.

The People's Champ:

Will bring new solutions to problems that have become troubled. No More will we support the bashing and hard treatment of our young's dreams. If you want to run for public office, then you shouldn't be bashed, for looking for change. No more will the buddylist on who gets the chance to speak, will damage the youths dreams.

The People's Champ:

Can finally have a chance to be the chancellor in chancery on changing government in New Jersey. Where problems like Health Care, and Jobs become an hot button issue. This current administration doesn't know how to create new jobs, or who to talk too about jobs. The Governor became elected because the governor was rich on raising your property. The People's Champ didn't launch his campaign from an office, he launched it on myspace. This is your moment to donate your time too finally elect someone, who knows how to solve the problems we face today and you the citizens of New Jersey will play a key part on how Trenton treats you.

The People's Champ:

Will tackle the problems of crime with a strong Peace Corps program that will enter Camden, Jersey City, Newark, and Paterson -- then bring hope and mentorship in troubled areas, with the youth inspiring the youth. You just can't hirer more policeman and policewomen and then think crime will detour. You need to create better programs that make street life dull, and the programs they see fun. You need to cut prices for the poor, and give more assistance to those in need to change the direction we are going.

The People's Champ:

Will bring the poor and middle class in New Jersey back too Trenton. Where you will have a say in what state laws we pass. Like sex-Education. Dyer wants you to make that talk with your kids about the birds and the bees, and not allow television to show interest. Dyer will also work hard on making Sex pills prescription bills. No more over the counter sex bill. Dyer will create laws that place a record on who taking these bills. We need to treat viagra like beer. In todays world this drug is becoming more of an addiction to get high or continue the high, than sexual plessure. So Dyer wants to make it 21 and over to use viagra in New Jersey. This can place a control on teen porn, teen rapes, teen sexual activities. In New Jersey we have the highest cases of teen sex crimes, and teen sexual activities. Dyer will place a serious control on them. It's time to take a brick by brick approach to solving New Jersey's problems, with a city by city clean
up.

Will team up with United Way, and with valunteering from you the citizens of New Jersey, we can change New Jersey for the better. United Way has just endorsed Dyer for New Jersry's  campaign. You can change a life with New Jersey, and it's part United Way, as they have been the first, and longest supports of Coaches! 101.

Economic Policy

Omar Dyer knows that during an economic crisis you don't raise taxes. Yet, you can't allow economic failure without a line by line Tax increase. So with the Windfall Profits Tax, Omar Dyer plans to gain growth in the economy with this type of tax. The tax increase would be 2% on the dollar, and this may raise your price at the pump, yet Omar Dyer plans to rebate the profits, and set up After School programs for teens in troubled Areas. This is a fundamental way of cleaning up the streets by giving your children a place to go.

Dyer plans to set up an After School T-Bonds bill: were Big Brothers, and Boy plus Girls Clubs of New Jersey can get the needed funds. Treasury Bonds are set at an interest rate of 4% on the amount loaned, and on a five year pay back plan. The safe part about a Treasury Bond is the interest rates will not start until the mature date of the bond, giving you enough time to pay back the bond off, without the interest rate explosion on your budget plans. The bonds will be yours, and you will have a stake in the programs you invested in New Jersey. With the Treasury Bond Bill community based programs can buy the bond from the state, and sell it to you the consumer. You the consumer will have a choice of holding on to the bond, and allow that Bond to mature every five years. This will give an immediate stimulant in a broken economy. Know this plan worked in the 30's and under FDR, when people used Bank Bonds. Yet, Dyer wants you to invest in your state. Now the tricky part is paying for the bonds, this is where the WindFall Profits Tax comes into play. Yes, you will pay more at the pump, but the money will not go into some lobbyist or special interest pockets -- it will go right back to you the people of New Jersey. I'm a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club, and as the first two time nominatee of Big Brothers and Sisters Association -- the first nominatee to gain its year long nomination, these programs will have a strong representative in Trenton.

Dyer, wants to set up a Poverty Prevention Team, were we recruit young members to join this Community Based Program, and they can donate their time to help change a child in poverty's life, and be rewarded with a community involvement tax credit on their tuition of $4,000. Barack Obama said, if you invest in your country, he will invest in You -- by paying for your education. Dyer strongly believes in community based programs. He spent the lighter parts of his college career, in the communities of Jersey City and Hoboken; helping troubled high school students. Dyer knew in order to effectively change people around him, he had to become famous. So he created TheFan(NJ), hooked up with Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Sean Jean and iTunes as he promoted iTunes music. Dyer was later asked to help create the Windfall Profits Tax, proposed by Barack Obama.

Dyer knows, that increasing tolls on the roads, and cutting payroll or jobs will not grant an economic stimulating economy that can drive us forward in hard economic times. Why, it cost more to insure the unemployed, and if your income is low, you can't pay the increasing toll prices. So Dyer will scale down on the tolls, and scale down on the speed limits -- while also implanting a Suv Tax. Dyer knows this will anger big truck drivers, or Suv users, but until we have a hybrid Suv; we need to decrease the amount of gas we burn. Dyer plans to implant a Hybrid Rebate to every hybrid brought in New Jersey. Which will be paid by the Gas and Electric/ WindFall Profits Tax on those that abuse energy? This tax will allow, or show the people of New Jersey, that we need to be more efficient on getting green.

Dyer also wants to decrease the Property Tax on your property, and work hard on getting the Zoning Boards of each district to work with the people instead of against them. Dyer plans on ending Eminent Domain in New Jersey. We don't need parking lots and new roads in New Jersey, or unaffordable housing. We need to fix the old ones, and place Hybrid cars on them -- plus maintain affordable housing during these tough economic times.

Dyer will also bring the ethanol gas option to New Jersey. This will create jobs for farmers, as corn and sugar becomes a New Jersey product. New Jersey is a Garden State, and in the 50's New Jersey was 1# in farm goods. It's time to bring back small green, and not money green. Dyer will work hard with farmers to make sure the crop they grow can be sold, whether it's in a market, or pumping up your cars. This will create green jobs, and not toll hikes, and job loses because of budget cuts. Dyer's Change in how we govern is the type of bottom up movement we need in New Jersey. We need a politician that's not afraid to tackle the tough issues and one that's not endured by money. We need a smart politician that has people values and not money or became a politician to pad on their resume. For real problems Omar Dyer is the solution. During the crisis with hurricanes, Dyer was on the phone raising money to benefit you, not taking it away with Toll hikes. When Obama need an idea to jump start his campaign Omar Dyer's pen name was the first one called. The People's Champ is here, and if you want to change Washington; we have to change New Jersey.
